“Kyivstar” raises tariffs: subscribers have already started receiving SMS “happiness”

Mobile operator Kyivstar has announced a price increase for a number of its tariff plans. The changes are explained by the increase in operating costs, in particular, by the rise in electricity and fuel prices, as well as the impact of inflation and currency fluctuations.

According to the company’s press service, the cost of services, which has not changed for more than a year, will now be updated. The changes will affect both prepaid subscribers and contract customers.

When and what rates will change:

• For subscription: From September 24, 2025 the price of LOVE UA Light 2023 tariff will be UAH 300 for 4 weeks. If the subscriber has connected “Superpower Economy”, the price will be 225 UAH for 4 weeks.
• For contract subscribers: From October 1, 2025 the monthly cost of LOVE UA Contract tariff will increase to UAH 250.

What should subscribers do?

“Kyivstar assures that every customer affected by the changes will receive an SMS message at least 7 days before the tariff update. In addition, the company offers several options for those who wish to optimize their expenses:

• Switch to another tar iff: You can choose one of the current tariffs or take advantage of special offers from the operator.
• Increase the volume of services: Users are given the opportunity to double certain services for three months without additional fees, and for the LOVE UA Contract tariff there is a package of 25 GB and 250 minutes.
• Use “Superpowers”: As before, free “Superpowers” are available to subscribers, allowing them to extend services on a monthly basis, choosing, for example, Kyivstar TV, roaming or additional gigabytes. They can be activated in the My Kyivstar app.

Changes in tariffs, although they are a forced step for the company, will allow it to maintain the quality of services in the conditions of price growth in the market.
