Silent Hill f was on torrent trackers before the official release date

Pirates, as we know, are not dormant: as soon as a game appears without protection like Denuvo or another DRM system, hackers instantly find a way to crack it. That’s exactly what happened with the long-awaited horror game Silent Hill f.

As soon as the game became available in early access for owners of Digital Deluxe editions, the pirate group Rune promptly posted the novelty on popular torrent trackers. In social networks users joke about the situation: official buyers will have to wait two more days before the full release, while Internet corsairs can plunge into the new Silent Hill already now.

A similar story, by the way, happened with the recent release of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, which also did not escape a quick pirate “invasion”.

Despite the unpleasant situation for the publisher, Silent Hill f has already received an extremely warm reception from game critics. Almost all journalists noted the strong plot, atmospheric graphics and good optimization. The only controversial detail was the combat system, which is compared to the projects of the Dark Souls series – it turned out to be too difficult for a part of the players.

Thus, the game has not even been officially released yet, but has already managed to become the main topic of discussion among both fans of the series and those who closely follow the novelties of the game industry.
